[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide system technology application redesign to modernize and replace the current system and applications, replace current disparate systems with an integrated solution, reduce average in-person customer wait time at state facilities, reduce average customer on-hold wait time, increase customer self-service opportunities, increase detection of fraudulent transactions across the organization, increase ability to rapidly implement automation changes to respond to evolving business needs, effectively manage data to ensure accuracy and consistency across the department, reduce the number of customer transfers to other technicians, all relevant documentation is available in the system and can be quickly retrieved, reduce manual processes.
- Solution must include manage customer interactions, provide credentialing services, administer vehicles, motor fuel tax administration, regulate service providers and support enterprise operations.
- Solution must include a robust financial management system which must be fully integrated in the cots solution.
- Document Imaging to scan, store and link paper documents to associated customer or vehicle records, data conversion is the process of extracting data from its original source, transforming the data into the desired format, and loading the data into a new location, scanned images within the legacy system requiring conversion in conjunction with the associated data conversion. scanned images outside of the legacy system, maintained in an image retrieval system, do not require conversion and data cleansing is the process of rectifying outdated, incorrect, redundant, or incomplete data from a database.
- Manage System to develop, configure, and monitor system functions, built-in workflow and rules engine, and system performance.
(2) A mandatory vendor conference will be held on November 15, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 26, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
