Vendor needs to provide strategic planning, application design and consulting services to develop a strategic plan and long‐term financial strategy that ensured a financially viable, user‐friendly, dynamic, and efficient integrated information management system and EIP reporting tool “2.0”.
- Create, manage, and support highly‐demanded applications as directed or other agency partners.
- Ensure effective and cost‐efficient development and maintenance of the system.
- Build support among partners and grow end users of the system.
- Underlying technology system (hardware, operating systems, software).
- Governance system (The system governance process will guide the administration of the overall system to ensure funder and user needs are fulfilled and is financially sustainable over the lifetime of the system. The system administrator will use the system governance structure. User Guides will be created during the development of each application to guide users in keeping content updated and in using each application.).
- User interface design and application development best practices guide document.
- Financial tracking & forecasting tool (and user guide).
- A financial tracking and forecasting tool shall be used to proactively manage revenue and expenses and evaluate different funding and expense scenarios.
- Contractor may assist in evaluating current systems and in developing strategic plans and other documentation that could aid in understanding the interrelationships and linkages of business processes and systems.
