[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide international office sales, marketing and public relations representation services for the overarching program including sales, marketing, promotions and public relations and the tactical programs and activities that accomplish the goals, schedule travel trade appointments and media interviews or visits, develop special events that help showcase, schedule staff trainings for key travel agencies and tour operators, conduct traditional and social media relations outreach, develop a media list of travel trade, consumer travel and lifestyle media outlets and journalists including media outlet, engage consumers and travel trade through the social media channels most appropriate to the audiences and create and maintain a website that matches the brand imagery and general messaging, develop an annual strategic plan, develop an annual media relations program, developing media relations which includes personnel fees and expenses, develop and execute a proactive and measurable social media plan utilizing the most widely used social media platforms in the target market and develop an annual sales and travel trade outreach plan.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be four years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
