[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide airport noise and operations monitoring system for operating and maintaining the noise monitoring devices, flight tracking, and complaint management software, automatically matches noise complaints with aircraft operations and noise events, integrated flight tracking, noise monitoring, community web interface, aircraft communications recording and compliant analysis system, ability to provide specific aircraft noise and operations monitoring, data analysis, and reporting, importing historical aircraft noise and operations data from an existing system into a new system, ability to provide phone, email and internet support for any downtime, software issues, help or modifications, web based flight tracking and noise complaint portal maintenance and support.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 7, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
