[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources information, time and attendance system for capable of handling all hr and payroll activities from applicant management, onboarding, selection of benefits, to record-keeping and reporting, time and attendance, tracking benefit hours and payroll, capability to either host solutions in our own data center or utilize cloud solutions, support the entire employee life cycle including recruiting, onboarding, active employment and offboarding, carrier connect for third-party vendors, data analytics, able to filter out by employee type, allocate employer paid fringe benefits and benefit hours based on time worked, ability to automatically allocate hours worked and benefit hours through a predetermined matrix for select projects, ability to lock-down final timecard entries post-payroll and audit report documenting employee and system level changes.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 14, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
