[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional auditing services to audit its financial statements and to perform other financial audits and reviews to the government authority located in Minden, NV.
- Perform an audit of and prepare financial statements for all funds of county, including governmental activity funds, business-type activity and enterprise funds, each major fund and the aggregate remaining funds, which collectively comprise the basic financial statements.
- Render the auditor's report on the financial statements, which will include both government-wide financial statements, and fund financial statements, and the financial statements as a whole, including the schedule of expenditures of federal awards, the combining and individual fund statements and schedules, including budgetary comparisons, and other supplementary information.
- Provide a report on the internal controls related to the financial statements and compliance with laws, regulations, and the provisions of contracts or grant agreements, noncompliance with which could have a material effect on the financial statements.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 28, 2018.
(3) Contract term will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
