(1) Vendor needs to provide disadvantaged business enterprise supportive services for targeted skills training to primarily construction and related industry that have been identified through previous skills assessment for targeted skills training including bid strategy, assessing business opportunities, estimating and bidding, bonding education and assistance, finance and accounting training and other training needed to close identified skills gaps to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 21, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
