[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide calibration of radiological services for calibration scheduling and tracking calibrations that have been completed. The vendor will provide calibration equipment, support, travel, and housing for vendor personnel including calibration certificates, device calibration sticker, on the status of calibrations, repairs after calibrations completed in each location, to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 4, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
