[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide international office sales, marketing and public relations representation services including sales, marketing, promotions and public relations, identify a benchmark awareness of among targeted markets, travel agent/tour operator brochures and the amount of media coverage generated in top tier consumer and trade media, measured through consumer engagement in promotions, social media outreach and response to stories in traditional media outlets, overarching program including sales, marketing, promotions and public relations and the tactical programs and activities that accomplish the goals, schedule travel trade appointments and media interviews/visits, develop special events that help showcase the tourism product, secure media relations opportunities for staff to meet with local business and travel media, conduct traditional and social media relations outreach, develop a media list of travel trade, consumer travel and lifestyle media outlets and journalists, engage consumers and travel trade through the social media channels most appropriate to the audiences, develop an annual strategic plan, develop an annual media relations program - for inclusion in the overall strategic plan including developing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with the consumer and travel trade press (print, broadcast, electronic and social media) and strategies for ongoing outreach to the media, database program is necessary to research and manage media.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 22, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be four years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
