[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate medical services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Pharmaceutical program will include, medication ordering process which ensures that the formulary is regularly updated in accordance with the terms of the contract, all prescription medication must be controlled, dispensed and documented by licensed medical personnel.
- Electronic Medical Records System will not rely on scanning documents as its primary means of creating an electronic record, data from the EMR will be used to generate both standard and ad hoc reports to meet all reporting requirements of the contract, access to electrical and network wiring behind the walls and ceilings, records shall include all findings and notations, including but not limited to any pre-existing conditions, in-patient, out-patient, or observation status, ambulatory care, chronic illness clinic visits, mental health care, dental care, hospital care, consultant-specialist services.
(2) A contract term will be for two years.
