[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide long distance services on an as needed basis including switched voice, and data, operator assisted toll calling, directory assistance, switched and dedicated 1+ calling, 800 access, billing services, management reports, voice conferencing, international calling and SIP long distance to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Operator Assisted Toll Calling or Operator handled calls must provide twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred sixty-five days a year, international, interstate, intraLATA and interLATA operator assisted service this operator-assisted service must include person-to-person, station-to-station, collect-to-station, collect-to-person, international access, credit/debit card calls, third number billing and rate information.
- Toll Free Service must provide State agencies anywhere in the State the ability to receive calls to a single 800 number twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year, from anywhere in the United States at no charge to the calling party.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 22, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
