[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural, engineering and construction support services to the government authority located in Carson, NV.
-Design of new weigh-in and weigh-out scales, scale house, administrative office, tipping pad, and other related facilities.
-Demolition of existing facilities and utilities as well as relocation of utilities, sceptic system, access and bypass roads, grading and drainage.
-Design of a new maintenance building.
-Phasing consideration between removal of existing infrastructure and construction on new infrastructure while keeping the landfill in operation.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 11,2019.
