[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Carson, NV.
- Perform an annual dam safety inspection of south fork dam and provide a complete dam inspection report to the office each calendar year
- Perform a review of the south fork dam standard operating procedures and recommend changes to ensure the plan is correct, up to date and complete
-Conduct a comprehensive review of south fork dam and conduct a probable failure mode analysis of the dam and its appurtenances
- Provide day-to-day consultation as requested by the office of the state engineer in order to safely manage and operate south fork dam. attendance at necessary meetings may be required
- Facilitate meetings with staff as needed to develop the planning of projects as requested by the office of the state engineer
- Complete architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil design services for projects associated with south fork dam
- Attend coordination meetings with staff and any pertinent external agencies as required to determine and gain approvals from all pertinent entities
- Prepare and submit construction documents, permit applications, cost estimates, specifications and schedules for review and approval
- Provide technical assistance and review on various projects being performed in-house as required and directed
- Provide construction observation and inspection on various projects as requested by the office of the state engineer
- Provide technical assistance on various projects as requested by the office of the state engineer
- Provide review, assessment and approval of submittals and invoices
- Additional services as may be specifically requested by the office of the state engineer.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 18, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
