[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program services for reduce losses in State employee work time, productivity and effectiveness by providing qualifying employees with assistance to improve their personal and professional lives through confidential, professional assessment and counseling and resources to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Assessment, short-term counseling, referral and follow up services to address personal and work-related issues.
- 24 hours/day, seven days a week telephonic consultation access.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 7, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
