[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to provide engineering support on the safe management and will provide design services, engineering analysis and support to aid the agency in ensuring the safety of the facility to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Perform an annual dam safety inspection and provide a complete dam inspection report to the office each calendar year.
- Perform a review of Standard Operating Procedures and recommend changes to ensure the plan is correct, up to date and complete.
- Conduct a comprehensive review and conduct a probable failure mode analysis of the dam and its appurtenances.
- Provide day-to-day consultation as requested by the office of the state engineer in order to safely manage and operate.
- Facilitate meetings with staff as needed to develop the planning of projects as requested by the office of the state engineer.
- Complete architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil design services for projects.
- Provide technical assistance and review on various projects being performed in-house as required and directed.
- Provide construction observation and inspection on various projects as requested by the office of the state engineer.
- Provide technical assistance on various projects as requested by the office of the state engineer.
- Provide review, assessment and approval of submittals and invoices.
- Additional services as may be specifically requested by the office of the state engineer.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 20, 2019.
