[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial aid verification services on approximately 8500 financial aid records per year, remote verification processing, extensive and demonstrated knowledge of federal verification guidelines, document collection, either by scan or photograph within the verification system for easy viewing by students and staff, automated notifications to students via email, text or other electronic medium regarding verification requirements and follow up, real-time updates for students and staff on the progress of verification, and access to all verification documents/materials, simple interface for staff that allows uploading of documents for students, assistance with completion of verification worksheets, and easy access to all information necessary to provide immediate customer service, maintain the security of and handle any data, security administration procedures for the application and operating system environment, daily database backup procedures, encrypt any/all data transmissions, enforce segregation between various customers to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 26, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
