[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ticketing, marketing, fundraising and distribution software for maximize ticket sales and related revenue via a robust, fully-integrated hosted ticketing technology solution that contemplates student ticketing and fundraising development requirements, processes both primary single event sales and plan and packaged sales, while providing inventory management control, utilize a ticketing service company that has open communication, support, and training, replete with a fully integrated access control system, comprehensive event management controls, multi-channel distribution capabilities, and a full suite of reporting abilities, ability to sell group and packaged tickets, as well as licensed merchandise across all sales channels with discounting, variable and dynamic pricing capabilities, ability to interface in real-time with third party systems to facilitate sales campaigns and contact management.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 26, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
