[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide pet licensing management services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Data processing: data entry, records management, financial transaction clearing, multiple year pet license renewals, Protection of any PII via encryption etc.
- Website hosting: describe what current websites are currently available for review and provide web addresses, a website will be implemented for on-line license applications and payments will be accessible to the pet user community and to veterinary clinics.
- Collections: describe collection process, describe options for the setup of bank accounts, confirm that electronic payments are collected and processed in a payment card industry compliant
manner, confirm whether provider will be the merchant of record for the payment card transactions.
- Customer service: describe how customer services will be provided on-line, phone, fax, or mail and days/hours customer service will be available. customer services are to be provided to pet owners, citizens, participating veterinary clinics and other commercial pet operators, and city staff, a pilot program for your services, to handle licenses for deceased pets.
- Marketing program: key items are necessary to ensure revenue maximization, marketing approach to gain utilization from the pet user community, marketing approach to gain participation from veterinary clinics and other commercial pet operations.
- Data reporting: describe and provide sample reports detailing activity handled
- Project implementation schedule – provide a milestone schedule to implement all phases of the pet management program.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
