[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide crisis stabilization and supportive housing continuity of care programs to assist with the cost of operating a crisis stabilization and supportive housing program, crisis stabilization services to short term housing to long-term housing with wraparound intensive case management services inclusive across each cross component, as may be necessary, some individuals that are provided services may be chronically homeless, suffer from severe mental illness, or have substance use disorders to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 05, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
