[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisement services to be performed for the state revolving funds to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Provide expert advice, reports and funding scenarios to managers of the funds, advice includes, but is not limited to the following areas determine the size and structure of state match and leveraged bonds needed, provide evaluative support in the assessment of the financial market, assist staff in the preparation of financing plans, including the development of alternative financing techniques, make recommendations of the financing plans that best meet the objectives and maximize fund growth, provide assistance developing long-range funding scenarios using various interest rates, fee structures, leveraging options, assist in developing and implementing procedures and financial policies that promote an efficient and timely use of funds, develop and maintain capacity models to assess financial impact of policy decision including early loan payoff requests, amount of subsidy offered, amount available for longer term financing, loan interest, and state match bond structure.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 09, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
