[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide job training supportive services for developing, presenting, facilitating, and/or monitoring department of transportation on-the-job training (OJT) programs or equivalent supportive services programs, monitoring and reporting progress in making connections and developing relationships between state, federal, local agencies, unions, stakeholders, and contractors, identifying recruitment sources and facilitating networking opportunities for minority and women to become involved in OJT programs, recruiting appropriate entities to aid in the process, survey contractors and unions for the knowledge, abilities, and skills, both soft and hard, that an entry level employee or incoming apprentice will need to apply for a position or an apprenticeship program, identify recruitment sources to attract women and minorities to the highway construction industry, identify existing pre-apprenticeship or pre-employment training programs throughout the state and the opportunities for partnering with the department, to enhance the hiring and retention of women and minorities in highway construction jobs to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 15, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
