Government Authority located in Las Vegas, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for broker services for wrap insurance program.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide broker services for wrap insurance program to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Broker must have fully implemented data base system to complete enrollment documentation of
contractors and subcontractors into program, secure and maintain up to date evidence of automobile liability, general liability, worker’s compensation from all contractors on the project as well as any appropriate endorsements, prepare and issue all certificates of insurance, prepare and distribute to all contractors and subcontractors at each pre-bid the program manual that
provides information about the insurance program, contractor’s enrollment, as well as claims reporting, statistical record keeping and other insurance requirements, review invoices received from carriers to determine accuracy and use best efforts to resolve accounting differences or discrepancies, assistance with large claims as requested.
(2) A mandatory rfp briefing will be held on May 22, 2019
(3) All question must be submitted no later than May 24, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
