[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide debt collection services for bad debt and past due accounts, manner that maximizes recovery and minimizes the out-of-pocket expenditure and routine debt accounts including code enforcement fines, parking fines, returned checks, citations, business license fees, special activity fees and outstanding balance owed to business license to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
- Skip tracing on returned mail with collection efforts
- Handling and processing all customer calls
- Sending all notices to customers
- Receiving and processing all correspondence when applicable
- Reporting to major credit bureaus where appropriate
- ability to accept and update daily adjustments to amount and due dates
- ability to accept a previously recalled record back as an active account
- easily accessible web access to real-time account status by multiple staff simultaneously.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 31, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
