[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide outreach program coordination services to increase awareness that hiring a consultant to lead the outreach effort would be the most efficient and cost-effective method available,
- Events promoting awareness must be organized,
- An outreach campaign must be developed, with a message,
- Localized outreach groups must be formed and activities coordinated,
- A strategy to justify investment must be developed, as well as a strategy to solicit in-kind donations from stakeholders,
- The outreach effort will include members of the community, including businesses/business leaders, utilities, religious leaders/organizations, media, social organizations, labor and fraternal organizations and interested individuals from the community,
- Develop marketing/branding strategy for Creation of broadcast, social media and print advertisements,
- Develop and implement multicultural message campaign.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 23, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
