Government Authority located in Las Vegas, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for voluntary supplemental benefits services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide voluntary supplemental benefits services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Provide the necessary staff of qualified, experienced, customer service, and claims personnel to handle all aspects of the program
- Provide rates for proposed plans. rates will be built directly on each entity’s benefit administration system
- Provide customized marketing and communications support, and on-going policyholder service.
- Notify employees of changes in the payroll deduction amounts in advance of changes being implemented
- Absorb all program technology, marketing, communication, and operating costs from premium revenue, owners and its affiliated public sector entities will incur no program cost other than soft costs associated with their hr and it staff involved in the program
- All claims are to be handled by the insurance carrier.
(2) A pre- proposal conferences will be held on June 11, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
