[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide janitorial and maintenance service for comprised of cleaning the residence halls which house students twenty-four hours a day seven days a week during the academic year. over winter and summer break there is a small number of students residing in the residence halls.
- Vacuum all carpet areas, clean restroom fixtures and chrome fittings, clean entrance ways and lobby areas once at the beginning of the day and once at the end of the day, clean, wash and wipe dry outside of washers and dryers, snow and ice removal from all entrance ways including residential life and food service office area.
- Weekly operations during academic year-wash all trash containers in bathrooms and laundry rooms, spray buff all vinyl tile floors etc.,
- Monthly work - shampoo, extract or bonnet, conforming to manufacturer specifications and client approval all common-area carpets, including all lounges, hallways, elevator lobbies and offices use a rotating monthly cycle to fully dry-shampoo all common-area carpets at least once a month.
