[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide utilities rate study services include a kick-off meeting and the collection and review of the data needed for the study to the government authority located in Boulder, NV.
- Provide input on the project approach, work plan, schedule, and priorities.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2019.
(3) The term of contract will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
