Government Authority located in Boulder City, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for water and sewer system evaluation, asset management plan.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide water and sewer system evaluation, asset management plan to the government authority located in Boulder City, NV.
- Review inventory of water and sewer system, locations and visual field inspections available existing GIS mapping and record drawing information will be provided by the city to supplement the field investigation inventory assessment and discussions with city staff will be utilized to determine areas where a more detailed condition assessment is recommended
- Utilize available system data, including pipe material type, pipe diameter, leaks and line breaks, sanitary sewer overflow, manhole inspection, CCTV inspection and other maintenance information to rate system condition, remaining life, and likelihood and consequence of failure
- Utilize GPS mapping information and condition assessment to develop a GIS integrated backbone sewer model map and water model of the existing system
- Incorporate assessment information into asset management plan input collected information into asset management software for inventory and develop rating system to prioritize necessary improvements
- Review current operating plan and operating budget based upon the review of the utility infrastructure data and condition, prepare a maintenance program to optimize the life cycle of the water and sewer system assets
- Capital improvements plan develops projects for implementation including scope and opinions of probable cost and provide a 10-year capital improvement plan and identify potential methods for funding proposed projects
- The consultant shall provide completed copies of the water and sewer system evaluation, asset management plan and CIP plan in both digital and hard copy format and assist the to develop standard operating procedures for implementation and necessary updates of the plan
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 10, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
