[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide self-directed financial management services for elders, veterans, and adults and children with disabilities or special needs whose families/guardians choose to direct their own services and supports through Self-Directed Programs to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Dispersing payments to all service and support providers and the vendor identified in the participant’s approved PCP and budget
- Processing payroll, withholding, filing and paying applicable federal income tax withholdings
- Properly posting allowance income and expenditures
- Setting up account records to track expenses for each person’s approved budget
- Maintaining all records related to the employees’ payroll tax and benefits
- Assisting in verifying service and support staff citizenship status
- internal controls to monitor the preparation, distribution, collection, and processing of information contained in the individual enrollment packet
- receive and disburse individuals’ State budget funds and track budget funds received, disbursed and any remaining balances for each individual budget and in the aggregate
- A system to collect, process, and maintain the required human resources documentation from individuals and workers in order to process payroll for workers to include communication to individual if required documentation is missing or ineligible and notice to service coordinators and individuals in a timely manner if process will hold up payroll payment
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than August 27, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
