Government Authority located in Las Vegas, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for accessibility consultant service.
[A] Budget: Up to 15,000 USD
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide accessibility consultant service with a comprehensive audit to assess accessibility needs, conduct awareness inside or outside of the organization, as well as define a recommended plan of action to stablish a mature accessibility program and accommodate customers’ needs to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
1. Serve as accessibility ambassador.
a. Conduct awareness and training sessions for ambassadors.
b. Represent agency at pre-scheduled hospitality associations and conduct awareness and training sessions for mission and industry partners (as needed, coordinated and agreed to by outside organizations.)
c. Represent agency on local, state and national advocacy issues as they relate to persons with disabilities and the travel industry. (As needed and in consultation with agency.)
2. Agency sales, marketing and advertising consultant.
a. Identify potential sales leads for accessibility-based conventions.
b. Outreach to relevant potential clients. (In cooperation with agency sales team.)
c. On-call availability to address interested groups already in-house or in Las Vegas.
d. Review and assist in identifying areas for improvement on agency websites, brochures, and various collateral.
e. Assist with identifying local businesses providing services to persons with disabilities that should be added to agency website vendor list.
3. Agency technical consultant.
a. Tour existing facility with a member of the agency staff to identify potential opportunities to enhance accessibility.
i. Short-term and immediate needs
ii. Through phase three renovation efforts
4. Audit term should not exceed 90 days from date of execution
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 5, 2019.
