Government Authority located Carson City, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for 911 Support Services for Avaya System.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 911 Support Services for Avaya System to obtain an Enhanced 911 solution for taking 911 VOIP calls and routing them to the correct Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) with Correct Address
- Provided enhanced 911 call routing with Callback and Addressing for VOIP 911 calls.
- E911 Solution must provide call Routing to all
- E911 solution must be fully compatible with Avaya and Cisco. Solution must support both Avaya and Cisco E911 calls at the same time.
- E911 Solution must provide endpoint discover at both Layer 2 and 3. Must have the ability to add endpoints manually
- Must have notification alert features to include desktop software, Email, text or call.
- Solution will need provide a failover solution to meet high availability requirements.
- Contracted Vendor will provide 24-hour 7 day a week maintenance and support.
- Migrates from digital and analog devices to VOIP the E911 solution must have the ability to grow based on the Needs of the State to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than September 6, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
