[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide physical security systems and maintenance services for the access control, video surveillance and badging operations located at international airport to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
- Provide access to a call center for 24-hour notification and escalation of issues. Primary access will be by telephone, but alternative methods such as email must be supported. Live interaction with a call center agent must be guaranteed within 10 minutes,
- Respond onsite to critical issues within 2 hours. Critical issues are those affecting greater than 25% of the system,
- Resolve critical issues within 4 hours,
- Resolve non-critical issues within 48 hours,
- Rapidly diagnose and categorize system anomalies and failures, and communicate severity of any associated disruption to airport personnel,
- Communicate, in writing, all issues resolved and work completed,
- Create and maintain Systems and change management documentation in written and graphical form,
- Recommend and design options for Systems improvements, based on existing and emergent technologies and industry recommended practices,
- Access Control:
- Install, configure, reset and replace badge, PIN, and biometric readers,
- Specify, install, configure, test, reset and repair access control hardware, including reader interface modules, access control panels and power supplies,
- Add and configure readers and associated hardware in OnGuard software,
- Configure, maintain, troubleshoot and repair OnGuard servers,
- Configure, troubleshoot and repair Ethernet network switches,
- Specify, install, maintain, repair and replace electromechanical door sensors, annunciators and latching hardware,
- Specify, install, test, troubleshoot and replace copper and fiber-optic access control and network cabling,
- Relocate existing and install new door and gate readers as required,
- Video Surveillance:
- Recommend, install, configure, aim, reset, repair and replace video surveillance cameras,
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair new and existing twisted-pair, coaxial, and fiber-optic camera cabling,
- Train system users on camera use and archived video retrieval,
- Clean and adjust cameras as necessary,
- Badging:
- Install, configure, maintain, adjust and repair badge printers,
- Install, configure, diagnose and repair badging computer workstations,
- Install, configure, adjust and repair badge image capture cameras,
- Train system users on the creation of system badges and the configuration and assignment of access levels.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2019.
