(1) Vendor needs to provide collection agency services for self-pay bad debt services include providing outgoing dialling campaigns, email and text messaging when appropriate, establishing and managing payment arrangements, answering questions related to statements and fielding calls for account audits and charge disputes to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Provide for Agency intervention in an effort to collect medical bills determined to be uncollectible by owner and its affiliated physician group
