(1) Vendor needs to provide disclosure counsel services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Provide sophisticated legal advice pertaining to the finance department’s debt website, offering documents, annual disclosure reporting, events reporting, and ongoing disclosure responsibilities and initiatives,
- Obtain information from bond counsels, financial advisors, underwriters, underwriters’ counsel, outside agencies, and other professionals as appropriate.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 14, 2019.
