[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign services using content management system that must be compatible with mobile, Browser-agnostic compatibility across multiple computing platforms including, but not limited to, desktops, smart phones and mobile devices under all supported operating systems, social media and SEO.
- Content Management Capabilities ability of data/content owners to submit proposals for new and modified content for review through an automated workflow, ability for site content administrators to preview updates prior to release to publishing workflow and promote to live environment.
- Applications must be compatible with and conform to the below minimum client requirements Desktops/Notebook, Windows 7 or higher, Chrome, IE9 or higher
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held October 18, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 24, 2019.

Global (World-wide)
[D] Work Performance:
Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, some tasks will be required to be performed on-site.
