[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website and content management system must be compatible with browsers, mobile device, social media and search engine optimization.
- Create a vendor cloud solution website content management system that enables users, i.e., residents and other non-agency employees, to find information about agency and the agency’s work easily and efficiently
- Develop and implement a content management system that provides all functions required to keep the website content updated by designated agency staff
- Develop and implement a website structure that is able to perform all required internal and external functions at a high rate of efficiency with minimal to no downtime
- Develop and implement a method of analysing website traffic both within the site and to external links that allows the agency to understand and assess the site’s effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes
- Develop a responsive and optimized for mobile devices
- Software used in the design, development, testing and implementation
- If the application software is not public domain, the awarded vendor shall provide a licensing strategy
- Website and content management system application should be fully functional with a standard desktop or laptop computer and internet connection, both should be web-based and accessible from any internet connection
- The website and cms must be fully accessible and useable with a standard pc/laptop and standard internet connection
- Develop a process plan and execute the uploading and transferring existing files into the new website
- Vendor must make search engine optimization recommendations
- Vendor must create or recommend a cms product
- Vendor must implement a graphic re-design that aligns with the provided agency licensing vendor website
- Fully compatible with latest versions and first versions of chrome, safari and Microsoft browsers
- Optimized with search engine optimization best practices including site structure, code and meta tagging
- Fully functional with apple and android mobile native browsers
- Utilize web development language and environments that are aligned with current standard practices and able to be updated to reflect future advancements in technology.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 7, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
