[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide videographer services include all preparation, video-recording and live-streaming of board of county commissioner meetings and planning commission meetings throughout the year, which may include.
- For video streaming of live meetings to the internet when filming at the board chambers (valley) and Tahoe transportation building
- For setup and management of audio and visual equipment used during scheduled public meetings
- Attending, recording and monitoring the video of board of commissioner’s meetings as needed
- Attending, recording and monitoring the video of the planning commission meetings
- Provide DVD recording of the meeting to the county manager’s office within three days
- Content development shall include the development of programming (production, recording, editing, and publishing) of county community access content
- Content may include public service announcements as directed
- Content will be developed at the direction and with the consultation of the county manager’s office.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on November 8, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
