[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fire billing system, a centralized billing software platform integrated with existing external systems used by local, state, and federal partners will expedite the billing process, reduce collection time, increase billing accuracy, and provide a repository of reliable historical data
- The ability to link into the integrated reporting of wildland fire information database to access wildland incident data in real time,
- The ability to add/edit incidents or resource projects,
- The ability to create multiple users and associate roles with permissions for each,
- Allow local partners and co-operators to access the system and directly enter billing rates, accounts payable and receivable information,
- Allow users to create, edit and submit invoices,
- Allow users to track reimbursement costs in various formats,
- Allow users to create, edit, print or download reports using real time or historical data either retrieved or manually entered.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
