[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recruit, retain, and place temporary personnel from a wide variety of job categories to provide services to the using state agencies listed, but not limited on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Vendor must provide a description of their recruiting resources and their approach to recruiting for this project
- Describe current job categories and numbers of positions currently recruited for and filled by the company
- Recruiting plan should describe proposed methods for attracting qualified candidates to fill the various job categories sought under this procurement
- To protect the state from wrongful employment practices, bidders should describe their approach to engaging staff and their knowledge of employer-employee relationships and regulations.
- A facsimile, email or telephone call from the agency will constitute a request for service. In the event the contractor recruits an individual, the agency reserves the right to interview the candidate to determine their qualifications for the requested position. The agency may reject and remove any individual who does not meet the requested experience or is deficient in the performance of the assignment.
- Temporary employees that wish to seek employment with the State are eligible to do so and will have a cooling off period. An active temporary employee may not seek permanent employment with the State until they have worked at a minimum of 450 billable hours from when written notification of intent to hire is received from the State of Nevada to the contracted vendor.
• Human Resources:
- Describe your Human Resources Management and support resources.
- How does your company manage the day-to-day human resources issues that arise (hiring, credentialing, onboarding, performance evaluation, disciplinary action, etc.)?
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 31, 2019
(3) The contract period will be for four year.
