(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate broker services to assist in buying, selling and leasing property to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- develop and carry out an agreed upon public marketing strategy to solicit interested buyers
- receive and evaluate bids and offers received from all buyers and lessees
- coordinate any necessary or desired inspection of a property
- developing and implementing property redevelopment strategies.
(2) A not-mandatory pre-proposal conference had been held on December 4, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
