[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide web-based accreditation management system. This database will allow multiple Laboratory Certification Officers to coordinate and simplify the accreditation process to include: creating checklists, simplifying on-site assessments and reports, monitoring certified laboratory performance, and allowing certification actions (upgrades/downgrades) in real time.
- The objectives of the contract management are to ensure that all parties to the contract fully meet their respective obligations as efficiently and effectively as possible, delivering the business and operational outputs required from the contract and providing value for money.
- All software used for project management shall be approved by the State. Current desktop tools utilized by the Bureau of Safe Drinking Water include Office 365, Windows 10 and Adobe Acrobat.
- Due to frequent travel and teleworking, Laboratory Certification’s current computing environment is a combination of traditional networks, VPN, and cloud computing environments.
- Secure login for administrative and other users
- Unlimited backups and file exports to local storage
- Customer service and technical support
- The Lab Certification Program is looking to update their out-of-date database and obtain a more user-friendly, web-based accreditation management system, which will support national (TNI) and international (ISO) accreditation methods and standards, meeting all regulatory requirements under the Nevada Administrative Code
- Developer will build a user-friendly database and create and enhance Accreditation Body management system based on the deliverables stated below, and under functional/technical requirements. Developer will work closely with the State Project Manager (PM) and focus on effective communication and coordination of the database development. Developer and State PM will work together if necessary, on transferring/saving electronic files/deliverables.
- Develop and deliver a database with the objective of scheduling and tracking the on-site assessment of Nevada certified labs.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
